Nederlands Having trouble logging in to e-ABS? Below you can read tips on how to regain access to e-ABS.

Account blocked

When you repeatedly enter an incorrect username/password combination, your account will be blocked for two hours for security reasons. After this period you can try again, or contact the e-ABS administrator of your organization. The administrator can unblock your account enabling you to log in again immediately. You can also choose to request a new password as explained below.

Request new password

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password, using your username and registered e-mail address.*

Forgotten your username or having other problems logging in?

Contact the e-ABS administrator of your organization. The administrator can inform you about your username, the status of your account and provide you with the necessary information for requesting a new password.

*For passwords of webservice users please contact the e-ABS administrator of your organization. These cannot be requested using this procedure.
